Located in French Gulch, it's only about 15 minutes from town but feels like a peaceful retreat. It's close to the lake, making it the perfect place for a summer home or an RV site for vacation. The park is beautifully maintained with lush green lawns, and it's common to see deer wandering through, adding to the peaceful atmosphere. One of the best features is Clear Creek, which runs alongside the park and offers easy access to enjoy the water and beautiful scenery. If you're looking for a quiet, scenic community with great management, Clear Creek Estates is definitely worth checking out!

I have lived in my own home here for just shy of 30 years.  I have seen a lot come and go but have been very impressed with Eric and his care of this community. Ownership has proven that they do want what is good for the community. Both Barbara and Danielle have always been polite and helped in whatever fashion they could.  The fact that you are SO close to this created nature is a wonderful thing to wake up to every morning, but only have to drive 30 minutes to be in our bustling city near by. The trail along the creek makes for a wonderful morning or evening walk with the sounds of birds and the creek going by. I have learned to lean into the peace I am given by God and have begun to enjoy the environment offered living here.

Beautiful landscape. Well maintained. I have lived here now for 9 months.  I am living my best life. Such a beautiful park. We ll managed and maintained.  If your looking to retire this is the place. My husband and I have been searching for a home since the end of November 2025, our credit wasn't the greatest and we had been asked to vacate our rental the beginning of December with a 60 day notice. Which just so happened to land on the week we where due to have our 3 child. We buckled down and saved and waited for something to come across our path that we could afford, staying with family ect. When we got ahold of Chris through a random search online he was so very helpful! And an absolute sweet heart in asking all the questions I had and making it a smooth process for us. Danielle the park manager even left us a home coming gift yesterday when we got our keys that seriously meant the world to us! You all have been such a blessing to us and I hope this review gets you some kudos! Thank you thank you thank you! WE ARE HOME and it couldn't feel more right!

The creek that runs along the back of the park has a beautiful walk way where you can walk down by the creek year round. Along the way there are some benches to stop and admire the beautiful nature. Danielle the park manager is quite lovely to talk with. She is making quite a difference in the park.

It is just my wife and I and our two youngest daughters. Our other children are grown and we are going into our retirement years. We're looking for a quiet friendly place to call home for many years to come.  From what we've seen and from talking with Rhonda, we believe we've found the perfect place for us. Barbara and Rhonda are both very personable  and knowledgeable and very welcoming.  Rhonda was the one to showed us the home and the property.  She told us all about the community there, as well as things to do in the area. If you're considering moving or visiting  Clear Creek Estates, I highly recommend it. Rory and Christine McGowan

The incredible staff they have, (Rhonda, Barbra, maintenance men Eric and George, AND Rhonda’s husband :D) just have done such an amazing job at taking care of the park and making sure it remains beautiful, peaceful for all, and safe for everyone. And then you add the neighbors who are also amazing and look out for each other and help watch over each other. Absolutely love living there!

We have not always like the management until Barbara.  She has done a great job keeping the grounds beautiful and is the most pleasant and positive person.  She takes her job seriously and works hard to ensure that it is always done to perfection.
